About Private Jet Charter Greenwood

We arrange private flights for executives, families and groups who want a jet on their schedule without signing up for anything. For five years we have planned trips from our office and by phone and video, and we keep each client's details current so every booking after the first gets easier.

How We Plan Every Charter

We are not aircraft owners. FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers operate every flight we arrange, and Part 135 is the federal standard for on demand commercial charter in the United States. It limits pilot duty hours and sets rest requirements, governs crew training, and fixes how often each aircraft must be inspected before it can fly paying passengers. We pair your trip with a fitting operator and aircraft, then keep the plan on track as the flight approaches.

Booking is only the start. Forecasts change, someone joins the trip, a meeting runs over. In the days before departure we reconfirm the aircraft, crew and FBO, and if unscheduled maintenance takes an aircraft out of service, we find a comparable one for you instead of handing the problem back.

Five years in business have taught us that most of this work is upkeep. A charter plan has many moving parts, and like any system it stays dependable when someone reviews it often, keeps careful records and deals with small issues before they cost you a departure.

How We Work for You

Every cost on the quote

Each all-inclusive quote covers the aircraft, crew and fuel, plus charges that often arrive later on other bills, like landing and FBO handling fees. With no hidden costs, the price you approve is what you pay.

One way, priced point to point

You pay for the legs you fly. Point to point pricing means a one-way trip is never charged round trip pricing, and when an aircraft would fly back empty, we may be able to offer that leg to you as an empty leg flight.

A trip file that stays up to date

We record passenger counts, luggage, favorite FBOs and other details from your last flight. Pets are allowed on our flights, so your animals go in the file as well. Your next quote builds on what we have, not on a fresh start.

Nothing to sign up for

There are no memberships, prepaid accounts or long term commitments. Call us when a trip comes up and we plan it, from a turboprop on a short regional route to a heavy jet carrying a group a long way.

Where We Fly From

We work with travelers in Greenwood and across the south side of the metro, including Franklin, Whiteland, New Whiteland, Bargersville, Beech Grove, and Cumberland, plus Plainfield, Mooresville, Speedway, and Shelbyville. Because we plan by phone and video, you never need to visit us in person. We pick a departure FBO that suits your starting point and the aircraft size, and we can help arrange flights around the clock when plans change late. Many aircraft we book are WIFI equipped, so your workday does not have to stop at the cabin door.
