Privacy Policy

What This Page Covers

This policy explains how Private Jet Charter Greenwood, based in Greenwood, Indiana, handles information connected to this website and to phone calls with our office. The site is informational. It has no forms, no accounts and no online booking, so the only way to reach us is by phone at (317) 350-1382.

Information the Website Records

Like most websites, ours runs on a server that keeps ordinary logs. A log entry typically holds your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. These records help us spot broken pages and keep the site running properly.

We may also use basic analytics cookies. They tell us in aggregate which pages get read and how visitors arrive, for example from a search engine. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any page.

What You Share by Phone

When you call for a quote, you decide what to tell us. To price a charter accurately we usually ask for departure and arrival points, dates and times, the number of passengers, baggage, and whether a pet is flying. If you book, we will need passenger names and a way to reach you about the flight.

How We Use It

We use trip details to prepare your quote, arrange the aircraft and keep you updated about your departure. To do that, we pass the necessary details to the air carrier operating the flight and, where relevant, to the FBO handling your arrival or departure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Links and Outside Services

Our analytics tools and hosting provider process data on our behalf under their own terms. If this site ever points you to another website, that site's privacy practices apply once you leave ours.

Your Choices and Questions

You can ask what trip information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it where we are not required to keep it for a flight already booked. Phone (317) 350-1382 with any request or question about this policy. If we change how we handle information, we will update this page.
