The Site Is Information, Not a Booking

Nothing on this website is an offer to fly, a confirmed seat or a binding price. Aircraft descriptions, cabin sizes, range figures and passenger counts are general guides for each class of aircraft. A specific tail number can differ in seating layout, baggage space or equipment, so treat these pages as a starting point for the conversation rather than a specification.

Quotes by Phone and the Charter Agreement

Quotes come only by phone, and the line for your route, dates and passenger count is (317) 350-1382. A phone quote reflects aircraft availability and fuel conditions at that moment, and it can change if any of those details change.

A trip is confirmed only when you receive and accept a written charter agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets the price, payment terms, cancellation rules and the operating carrier for your flight. If anything on the site conflicts with your agreement, the agreement controls.

Flights and Conditions Outside Our Control

Each flight is operated by the air carrier named in your charter agreement, and the pilot in command has final authority over whether a departure is safe. Weather, air traffic control holds, FBO closures, runway conditions and unscheduled aircraft maintenance can delay or cancel a trip. How those situations are handled is spelled out in your agreement.

Using the Site Fairly

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Do not try to disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, probe it for security weaknesses or copy its text and images for another business. The wording, layout and graphics belong to Private Jet Charter Greenwood or are used with permission.

Limits of Our Responsibility
